2. INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We perform an initial assessment to allow us to provide you with various options for your first home. This will include assessing your credit history and borrowing capacity.
4. HOUSE & LAND SELECTIONS
Select your house and land package plus construction options and specifications. This would include inspecting the land and potential display homes.
5. PREPARE CONTRACTS
We prepare contracts for the House & Land purchase. These contracts are conditional upon a) Successful Bank Valuations & b) Loan Approval.
6. LOAN APPLICATION
We arrange an experienced and qualified mortgage broker to contact you and book a loan appointment. They will help you prepare your loan application to the bank and keep you informed of progress.
7. BANK APPROVAL
Once you are bank approved the process moves very quickly. You will complete loan documents and settle the loan within weeks and construction begins quickly. Typically within 18-24 weeks from loan approval you will be moving into your new home.
